Spacious, bright and finely-furnished, our “Morgensonne” apartment with panoramic balcony overlooking the Dolomites invites you to spend a relaxing time
The apartment has a spacious double bedroom with solid wood furniture and wooden floor; bathroom with shower/toilet, bidet and washing machine for exclusive use, the combination living room/ kitchen has a comfortable table, modular kitchen and sofa bed; the sunny terrace lets you relax for days of pure pleasure.
We produce clean energy on our farm, heating the farmhouse rooms with wood from our forest. The underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth, the solar panels produce hot water, the photovoltaic system supplies electricity, and our private spring gives us pure mountain water.
All our rooms are reserved for non-smokers. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the house. To ensure an allergen-free environment, pets are not permitted.

General information
- On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from 3 pm
- On the day of departure, the apartments must be vacated by 10 am
- Discount for children: by arrangement
- The rates for the stay must be paid in cash or by bank transfer.
- To secure your reservation, a deposit must be paid.
- In case of cancellation, the deposit is not refundable.
- We recommend that you take out Gallo Rosso insurance against cancellation of your reservation
- If you are forced to cancel your booking, please notify us promptly.
- Cancellation conditions:
-For cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the stay, the paid deposit will not be refunded.
-For cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the stay, we charge 45% of the price.
-For cancellations up to 7 days before the start of the stay, we charge 75% of the price.
-In the event of a holiday cancelled without notice or early departure, we charge the full cost of the stay.
